Broadway Inspirational Voices Launches New Podcast, Hosted by Steve French
September marks the launch of Broadway Inspirational Voices(BIV) new podcast series geared to highlight the amazing talent and voices that make up the incredible choir. The series start with none other than BIV's director and founder Michael McElroy. The podcast is hosted by Drama Desk winner, voiceover veteran and choir member Steve French.
"The Broadway Inspirational Voices Podcast" is a series of one-on-one interviews with the members of the New York City-based gospel choir, which is comprised of Broadway and Off-Broadway actors and musicians. Each episode will focus on a different BIV artist, who will discuss their upbringing and career, how they came to BIV, and what the choir means to them. Throughout the interviews, listeners will hear clips of the individual artist's performances as well as performances of the choir. The podcast aims to paint a picture of the incredible diversity and talent found within this single organization.
